Domestic (within Vietnam):

  • Express Shipping (if available): 1–2 business days

International (if available):

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days
  • Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and customs process.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and delivery method.
  • Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders or during promotional campaigns.

4. Shipping Carriers

We ship through trusted delivery partners, including:

  • Domestic: Giao Hàng Tiết Kiệm (GHTK), J&T Express, Viettel Post, etc.
  • International: DHL, EMS, or other international couriers.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email or phone.
  • You can use this number to track your shipment via the carrier’s website.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is:

  • Delayed: Please allow a few extra days during peak seasons or weather disruptions.
  • Lost or Damaged: Contact us at anchaleecocooil@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue quickly.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before confirming your order.
  • Anchalee’s Oil is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. International Customs and Duties

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
